Having restored two historic buildings into 16 apartments (The Whitney Lofts), Redev added Oh My Darling, a 220 person full-service restaurant across the street from the Landmark Theatre ultimately positively changing the landscape of Salina Street and making a once dilapidated block brimming with life.

Complimenting the Theater District in Downtown Syracuse, The Fitz is a 200+ person prohibition-era inspired speakeasy below Oh My Darling. Host to live music every weekend, private cabaret nights, and countless date nights, The Fitz provides an intimate, elevated experience to the Downtown market.

It had been over 30 years since Downtown Syracuse had its last independent bookstore. Parthenon Books is a 5,500 SF bookstore that has filled a huge void in the market providing a place for author signings, open mic nights, a cafe for work and enjoyment to occur and holds over 100,000 new titles.
