The Moyer Carriage Lofts

Completed in 2024, The Moyer Carriage Lofts created 128 new mixed-income apartments on the North side of Syracuse. The $63m project, in partnership with Housing Visions, included the acquisition of eight buildings, the removal and remediation of contaminated soils, the selective demolition of four buildings and preservation of four other historic buildings.

The Redevelopment of Shoppingtown Mall

In partnership with Hueber-Breuer Construction, Dalpos Architects & Integrators, and Housing Visions, the collective group is under development of the former Shoppingtown Mall site into District East, a mixed-use lifestyle center. The project will ultimately include more than 800 residences, more than 250k SF of new premium retail offerings, multiple entertainment uses, and several acres of green, public spaces. The estimated $450m project is in development and is expected to break ground late 2025/early 2026.

The Whitney Lofts

The Whitney Lofts included the historic renovations of two formerly blighted buildings in Downtown Syracuse into 16 market rate apartments and a new restaurant, Oh My Darling. The $5.5m project was completed in April, 2019.

Acropolis Center

Purchased in 2020, this ~70,000 SF commercial office building has been repositioned from a C level building to a B+ building including new lobbies, exterior canopies and awnings and significant investments in our Tenant’s spaces.

Lofts at 1117

Under development and expecting to begin construction Q3 of 2024, The Lofts at 1117 will be Redev’s 2nd Affordable Condo project and will result in 38 Affordable Condos sold to individuals and families at the 80% of AMI income levels. The project includes the renovation of two factory buildings along with the acquisition and new construction of a new parking lot.

St. Matthew’s Condo’s

Redev CNY is proud to be pioneering the first Affordable Condo project in New York in partnership with NYS HCR! The St. Matthew’s Condo’s (currently under construction - formerly St. Matthew’s Elementary School) will culminate in 21 affordable condos sold to individuals at the 80% of AMI income level. The project is expected to be completed in Spring of 2025.
