Our team is looking for a qualified construction superintendent to ensure our projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position will provide direct on-site supervision and overall management of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This position requires strict adherence to quality standards and ensures the safety and security of the construction site. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on the project.

Our team is looking for a qualified Assistant Project Manager to support our project teams in the Syracuse Region. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the overall managerial and administrative duties, with occasional site visits, to ensure our projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position may have responsibility for specific aspects of a construction project or phase, along with assisting project personnel to complete daily project tasks, depending on size and scope of project. Under general supervision, the Assistant Project Manager assists in completing technical and administrative functions required to complete the design and construction of projects.
